Want to learn letterpress? Our 4th “Letterpress Basics” workshop will be Saturday, October 17 from 10-4pm and our “Holiday Letterpress Workshop” will be Saturday, November 14 from 10-4pm. These full day workshop will cover a brief history of letterpress printing, demonstrations on both our Chandler & Price platen press and Vandercook proof press, mixing inks, paper selection, and designing for letterpress. Students will spend the second half of the day setting their own type, mixing inks, and printing! How cool! Cost is $75. which covers materials and instruction. No experience required.
